Exchange and Return Policy

1. Objective

This policy aims to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with the purchase of medical devices and other CPMH products, establishing clear guidelines for exchanges and returns.

2. Standard Products

  • Return Deadline: The customer has up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.
  • Product Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoice.
  • How to Request: To request a return, the customer must contact our customer service through the Support link on the CPMH website, informing the order number and the reason for the return.

3. Customized / Tailor-made Products

  • Return Policy: We do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized or custom-made products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Defects: If the customized product has a defect, the customer must contact us immediately, and our team will assess the situation to find the best solution.

4. Processing the Return Request

  • Upon request, our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping the standard product back to us.
  • The shipping cost for returning standard products will be covered by us, except for products sold outside of Brazil. In this case, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

5. Refund of Amount Paid

  • The refund of the amount paid will be made within 10 business days after receipt of the product at our facilities, according to the payment method used.
